A simple truth with most design shops is that they probably design web sites using Dreamweaver or the dreaded GoLive. This in itself is not necessarily bad or wrong. What is bad is not being thorough. In order to highlight this I have include this snippet from a Philly area design studio that is not paying attention (and it is their own site).
